Domestic Shipping Rates and policy (Mould kit included)

Our Postage and packaging rate of £14.99 includes delivery of mould kit, return label (prepaid for moulds) and then finished grills (Three deliveries) plus the packaging costs . You do not need to pay the shipping fee to return the mould kit back to us anymore.

We dispatch mould kits next working day and using a 48 hour Royal Mail service. Prepaid return labels are included in the shipping price so you do not pay extra to return your mould kit.

Once we receive the mould kit back from you, we aim to complete orders within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with Royal Mail with 48 hour delivery time.

You can skip the shipping fees by visiting our store. Our store is located at 74 Glenthorne Road, London, W6 0LR. We are open 1-7pm weekdays and no appointment is needed.

Shipping and mould kit costs are non-refundable.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you wish to track your order status at anytime, please call our store on 07592 500 453 during our open hours. Alternatively you can email info@londongrillz.com or whatsapp the number above. Please allow for upto 24 hours for us to get back to emails or whatsapp messages during busy periods.
